Returns Policy

Please note that not all products are eligible for returns. Customized products, as well as incomplete, partial, and/or unauthorized returns, cannot be accepted. Returnable products must be in their original condition.

Items must be returned within 5 business days of receiving the blank merchandise. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns of blank merchandise. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For more details on the return policy and process, please contact us promptly.

 

Refund Policy

If your order arrives incorrectly or with printing errors, you have 5 business days from receipt of the merchandise to contact our customer service. Claims submitted after this period will not be reviewed.

Claim review and processing may take up to 5 business days from the date of merchandise receipt. Any credits or refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

 

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and approved, production begins immediately. Therefore, no changes or cancellations can be made to the order once production starts. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If you have any concerns, please contact us as soon as possible.
